So much more than just a resort...
Bohemiaz first opened in 2014 with only 6 rooms, in at the time what was a fairly remote but stunning location 4km from outside Kampot town. Now things are very different, Bohemiaz has grown to an amazing resort with 22 rooms and is a central hub for a fantastic expat community. The continued growth of Kampot means town feels closer than ever but far enough away to still be in the stunning countryside, this actually makes us an extremely popular choice for Phnom Penh expats looking to escape city life for weekends away. If you are looking for a home from home vibe with friendly people from all over the world then this is the place for you. We have enough space that you can relax in peace whenever you like, but theres also the great family and friends vibe that you find in our bar and restaurant with familiar faces popping in and out all the time for a chat, game of pool or some food from our amazing menu. Our reputation within the expat community has meant that we are a popular choice for people hosting their own parties and events. as well as attending ones that we put on.

Restaurant & bar
Bohemiaz restaurant & bar is the beating heart of our resort. A great place to relax, make new friends, work on your laptop, play pool, or simply just watch the world go by. Our menu is tasty and diverse and our staff are feeders so bring your appetite and expect big portions! We cater for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and have gluten free options and plant based milk if requried.
Our facilities
Bohemiaz has some amazing facilities, with a huge natural swimming pool, a chlorine swimming pool and a Jacuzzi there are plenty of ways for you to cool down! Around our grounds and gardens you will fine plenty of hammocks, sun beds, chairs & tables to use. Our restaurant has a pool table & foosball as welll as comfy seats & sofas. The spa is equiped with a sauna, steam room, small gym and individual AC treament rooms. We offer massages, scrubs, facials and mani/ pedis.
Spa
Located in the heart of the city, Bohemiaz resort & spa is the perfect base for exploring the sights and sounds of the city. We are within walking distance of popular attractions like the Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Our prime location offers convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
Our Location
Bohemiaz is set in the beautiful countryside only 4km from Kampot town. Our village is continually growing and within walkin distance you have a coupole of restaurants, resorts, bars, a coffee & book shop, mini mart & yoga retreat centre who offer daily drop in classes. Tuk tuks into town are $2-$2.50 and moto rental is $6 per 24hrs.
Events & social
We host regular events at Bohemiaz, as well as having our regular Wednesday Pool league games and Thursday night live music..This month we held a tutti frutti pool party with amazing food and drink specials and live music. We love collaborating with guest chefs and other businesses to offer something really unique.
