Is it social?

Yes, but without being full-on. It’s easy to meet people here, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing.

How long can I stay?

Long stays are ideally a minimum of 1 month, depending on availability.

Are there different options available?

Yes — we have a range of long-stay options depending on the kind of space and comfort you’re looking for.

Our cosy bungalows start from $275/month including bills, while larger air-conditioned apartments with kitchen and lounge areas are around $400/month, with several other room options somewhere in between.

I've been working at Bohemiaz on and off for 5years.  It feels like Bohemiaz is my home. The people here feel like my family.  I work here 4 days a week for 8hrs per day, but I come every day and spend at least 12hours because it feels just like home.  I love swimming and playing pool.  I feel like I never want to leave because it's just a secret paradise.  I can't really explain my feeling about this place but there is something about it that feels like when you come it's just comfortable and welcome.  I never go to my room, I always come here because here is my home.
