How long can I stay?
The residents plan is designed for longer stays, ideally a minimum of 1 month.

Yes. Plenty of residents combine downtime with remote work and we have excellent WIFI throughout Bohemiaz.
Is it social?
Yes. That’s a big part of why people like it here. It’s easy to meet people, but there’s still plenty of space to do your own thing too.
Can friends visit me?

I love staying at Bohemiaz, it's very relaxing with 2 pools and a spa. The food is great, and everyone is sooooooooo nice. You can either have a quiet evening, or there is always someone to have a beer with at the bar.

I work here 4 days a week for 8hrs per day, but I come every day and spend at least 12hours because it feels just like home. I love swimming and playing pool.
